What is Embodied Movement?

1:1 therapeutic yoga, movement, breath and embodied listening, shaped entirely around you

Embodied Movement is designed for anyone looking to develop a deeper moment-to-moment connection with their body.

If you've been to yoga classes before and found they weren't the right pace, or not quite right for your body or nervous system, this might be a space you explore with a little more room and flexibility.

You might be navigating burnout, chronic fatigue, or stress, and finding that your relationship with your body has quietly suffered alongside everything else. Perhaps you notice yourself bracing, holding, persistent tension, movement patterns or running on empty and you're interested in finding ways to explore what it might be telling you.

If you're living with anxiety, depression, or other mental health conditions, Embodied Movement can be a supportive adjunct to your existing care. Many people find that body-based practice offers something valuable alongside mental health care or as an exploration of general wellbeing.

You don't need experience with yoga or movement, only a small thread of curiosity.

Embodied movement for:

  • Nervous system disregulation

  • Habitual movement patterns

  • Chronic tension

  • Anxiety

  • Depression

  • General wellbeing
